Part A: Plan of activities to be done in order to complete the assignment:

Week 1(1^st of November-7^th of November): Focus on the question and organize essay plan by creating a timeline based on a weekly manner for each task with start date and end date.

Week 2 (8^th of November-14^th of November): Research for resources and materials that are related to the origination and collect all the needed information.

Week 3 (15^th of November-21^st of November): Writing the first draft and drafting questionnaire to distribute to respondents in order to get more information.

Week 4 (22^nd of November-28^th of November): Contact personnel from the organisation.

Week 5 (29^th of November-5^th of December): Get feedback from the company.

Week 6 (6^th of December -12^th of December): Write final essay" finishing all the essay and double checks for any structure mistakes

Week 7 (13^th of December -19^th of December): Submit the assignment: by following all the previous stages and stake to the given amount of time, the assignment should be submitted on time.

Collecting all the information, source and materials about the company’s information system and technologies.

According to the guidelines provided in part A, I have achieved the given task for the first week by understanding the requirement of the assignment and organizing the plan of activities.
