  2. In the current market section, u need to mention on their market situation; like in which industry that they are involved in, what products/services they are providing, and their position in the market. In addition, what are the technologies that are currently implemented in their organisation. In doing this part, u can use business model like SWOT Analysis to help in your analysis.

In regarding your questionnaire, congrats for your effort.
I've seen them, and the questions are basically good. But, there are few things to be clarified.

    1) Who are your target respondents to answer these questions?
    2) How the outcomes from this questionnaire will be useful for your research?
    3) Introduction on the 'My SAP' can be provided at the beginning of the questionnaire, in order to help understanding of the respondents.
    4) In question (2), u ask whether there is any error in the MySAP.. So, what kind of error you are expecting? Maybe you can make this question as an OPEN-ENDED question. Then you re-phrase error as 'Problem'.

So, after all my comments, what say you??
